Help a Child Discover Their Family Story!
Family Love Lasts Forever!
Family history isn't just for grown-ups! Children can discover their ancestors, explore family stories, and have fun learning about the people who came before them.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, Primary leader, or someone who loves helping children learn, there are wonderful ways to make family history an adventure.
From FamilySearch activities and family history BINGO to exciting detective adventures and creating their own family trees, there's something for every child to enjoy.
This month's invitation is simple: Help a child make one small discovery about their family!
Three Easy Steps:
Explore Children's Activities
Discover fun family history activities, printable games, BINGO, and creative ways to introduce children to their ancestors.
Start Their Family Tree
Learn how children can get their own free FamilySearch account and begin discovering the people in their family tree.
Make Family History Fun!
Try family history detective adventures, interactive discoveries, and activities perfect for families and Primary groups.
Did You Know? Children ages 8–12 can create their own free FamilySearch account with permission from a parent or legal guardian! Youth ages 13 and older can create an account without parental permission. Even younger children can enjoy family history activities with an adult.
Remember: You don't have to teach a child everything about family history in one day. One photograph, one family story, or one exciting discovery can spark a lifelong love for their ancestors.
One small discovery. One eternal connection.
